I used to hog hunt with a 30-30 (marlin 336) it's a good short range brush gun. A twig won't throw you off badly. Last hunt i went on we found pretty BIG hogs. I opted to take my 30-06 bolt gun. The Hog 30 is a recharging amplifier. It is perfect for outdoor speaking engagements, practice sessions, and for playing loud clean sounds virtually anywhere.
